The service for ordering and getting it delivered was top-notch.

Got it delivered with grey plastic hanging strips instead of the wooden ones I wanted. Super disappointed, and for nearly £60, it just ain't worth it.

It showed up in a tough cardboard tube, and getting it out without causing damage was a real challenge. It ended up creased and torn, so I tossed it. The company was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. I uploaded a video and some pics to show them the issue with their packaging. Seriously, don’t waste your time; no replacement or refund is coming your way.

I’m super pleased with my order. It’s just what I needed. I bought it on Tuesday and it showed up by Thursday. It was packed nicely, with bubble wrap and cardboard. I’d totally suggest it to others.

This world map is fantastic! The colors are vibrant and super eye-catching. It's really well constructed. My husband is thrilled with it. He's adding a cork backing so he can use map pins. Definitely a great purchase.

This paper is really well made and thick, plus it arrived in perfect condition thanks to the careful packaging.

Pros:

3) Sturdy packaging to keep items safe

Cons:
1) If you're outside the UK, be ready for customs fees that aren't included in the shipping cost (I ended up paying 15€ for a 50€ order in Italy).

2) I thought a laminated map would be tougher, but it’s more like a "thicker poster." Still, it’s worth the extra cash.

3) They use Evry for shipping, and let me tell ya, their reputation isn’t the best... (just look it up).

4) The maps aren’t fully in English; some city names are in their local languages. For instance, Dubai shows up as Dubayy, and Tokyo is Tōkyō, among others.

I’d say it’s a good buy if you’re in the UK. But for those living abroad, it can get pricey. I ended up shelling out nearly 70€ for a map that’s half the price and took over a month to arrive (probably due to the holiday rush). It’s puzzling why only some of their maps are available on Amazon with free and quicker shipping.
